Message	unable to proceed due to changes in what his employer allows during "after hours" use of their CNC equipment. This is my best guess from limited previous emails with him on the topic of a different project. I don't understand why he is not communicating with is his customers as I am sure they are over due a proper update/explanation/refund/whatever.
